Baptist Hymnal 1991 Piano Edition

I can't believe this answer to this question can't be easily found on the web, but here I am. Does anyone have the piano edition of the 1991 Baptist Hymnal, and does it include chord symbols the way the Celebration Hymnal does in the piano edition? I've got a guitar edition here with chord symbols but no piano edition.

I currently use the piano edition of the Celebration Hymnal for occasional hymns, but often want the key or text from the baptist hymnal instead. I've been writing the changes on a copy of the hymn, or altering the celebration hymnal to match what I want. But I would like to have the real thing for my digital copy. BTW, I've got the newer version of the baptist hymnal (08 I think) for piano on CD-Rom, but it's a different beast. They've changed the keys on most things and have pushed a lot of hymns to two pages with intros and turnarounds that I'm not always interested in.
